On December 13, 2025, the Turkish Ministry of Trade announced a preliminary affirmative ruling regarding aluminum frames for photovoltaic panels imported from China. The temporary anti-dumping (AD) duties ranging from 14.79% to 31.40% now apply to these products. These measures, calculated based on CIF value, remain in effect for up to six months while the final investigation concludes.

The initial investigation, launched on May 25 this year, examined dumping conditions during the period from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024, with an injury investigation covering January 1, 2022, to September 30, 2024.

The products involved are classified under Turkish tariff code 8541.90.00.00.11.
