Ukraine terminates AD investigation on China’s aluminum ladders

On December 8, 2021, the Interagency Commission on International Trade of Ukraine announced that it has decided to terminate the anti-dumping (AD) investigation on imports of aluminum ladders originating in China, Slovakia, Poland, and Belarus, following a request of Ukraine’s domestic company ВІРАСТАР ІНДАСТРІЗ.

The products involved are under HS code 7616 99 90 00. The announcement came into force from the date of issuance.

The original AD investigation was launched on September 1, 2021 based on the application filed by ВІРАСТАР ІНДАСТРІЗ.
