US’ aluminum exports slide, imports surge in Jan

According to statistics released by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), the US exported around 4.03 million kilograms of unprocessed aluminum in January, sliding by 39.3% compared to the previous month.

As for imports, the volume in January totaled around 8,800 kilograms, surging by 654.1% from December 2020.
