U.S. aluminum-makers want revisions to import monitoring system

Aluminum-makers want the U.S. Department of Commerce to strengthen its imported aluminum monitoring program to prevent China from sneaking material in from Mexico. Aluminum end users want to ensure material suppliers aren’t gouging them.
