According to the final result of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that Italy didn’t sell its certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel in the US at prices lower than normal value during the period of review from June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021.

Besides, the USDOC preliminarily determined that Metalfer S.p.A. had no shipment of subject goods in the US market during the period of review. Based on the practice, the USDOC intended to instruct the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to liquidate any existing goods produced by Metalfer, but exported by other parties, at the rate for the intermediate reseller, if available, or at the all-others rate of 47.87%.

Besides, the USDOC made certain changes to the preliminary weighted-average margin calculations for Dalmine S.p.A. The dumping margin of Dalmine exists in the review period was zero, as a final result of the review.
