According to the final results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) continued to determine that Alcha International Holdings Limited, Jiangsu Alcha Aluminum Group Co., Ltd., and Baotou Alcha Aluminum Co., Ltd. (collectively, Alcha), the only entity subject to this review of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from China, is part of the China-wide entity, as it found that Alcha didn’t demonstrate its eligibility for a separate rate.

There was no party requesting a review on the China-wide entity, so no review would be initiated. The China-wide entity rate of 59.72% would not be changed as a result of this administrative review.

This review covered a period from February 1, 2021 to January 31, 2022.
