US determines final AD duty on large-diameter welded pipes from South Korea

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has announced the final results of a review of the anti-dumping (AD) duty on large-diameter welded pipes from South Korea for the period from May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021

The USDOC found that South Korean pipe makers Hyundai RB's subject products were sold at below normal value for the period of review, while it also found Hyundai Steel didn't sell those subject products at prices below normal value.

The USDOC determined the dumping margins were 2.67% for Hyundai RB and other non-examined producers, and the dumping margin was zero for Hyundai Steel.

The Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States for involved products are 7305.11.1030, 7305.11.1060, 7305.11.5000, 7305.12.1030, 7305.12.1060, 7305.12.5000, 7305.19.1030, 7305.19.1060, 7305.19.5000, 7305.31.4000, 7305.31.6090, 7305.39.1000, and 7305.39.5000.

The final AD duty for the country is applicable from November 16, 2022.
