US imposes AD on welded carbon steel standard pipes from India & Turkey

According to the final ruling made by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), certain circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube were sold by manufacturers and exporters in India and Turkey at prices lower than fair value in the market during the period of review.

The final weighted-average dumping margin for Indian Garg Tube Limited was set at 13.9%, and the Turkish exporters of the subject goods will be subject to a rate of 12.03%.

The review covered a period from May 1, 2018 to April 30, 2019.
