US makes AD final ruling on South Korea’s steel nails

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced its final ruling of anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review on certain steel nails from South Korea, determining that the subject goods were sold at prices lower than normal value by South Korea during the period of review from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.

According to the ruling, the weighted-average dumping margin for Daejin Steel Company was set at 1.84%, and that for Korea Wire Co., Ltd. was at 2.29%. The cash deposit rate for all other South Korean producers or exporters not subject to individual review will maintain at 11.8%.
