US makes final ruling of CVD expedited sunset review on South Korea’s stainless steel sheet and strip in coils

According to the final results of an expedited sunset review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) found that revoking the existing CVD order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from South Korea would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of a countervailable subsidy at the levels from 0.54% to 4.64%.
