US sets 0% dumping margin for India’s stainless steel bars

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced the final result after the review of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on stainless steel bars from India, finding that the subject products were not sold at prices less than normal value by Indian steelmakers during the period of review from February 1, 2021 to January 31, 2022.

Therefore, the USDOC assigned the weighed-average dumping margin at 0% for the country, the same as the preliminary results

The determination was effective on September 8, 2023.
