US' stainless steel scrap rise

US' stainless steel scrap internal selling prices have been rising recently on the back of tight supply and rising nickel prices, but the rally slowed in early August and the market believed scrap stainless steel prices have reached a stage peak.

Although dealers and processing plants believed that the scrap stainless steel market is still strong, prices may be close to the peak stage. Opinions are divided on whether prices can stay at their current high levels and for how long.
