US starts fourth AD & CVD sunset reviews on stainless steel sheet and strip

According to a notice by the US International Trade Commission (USITC) on September 1, 2022, the USITC has initiated the fourth anti-dumping (AD) sunset review investigation on imports of stainless steel sheet and strip from Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan, and the fourth countervailing duty (CVD) sunset review investigation on the same products from South Korea, to determine whether revocation of the existing AD and CVD orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
The deadline for interested parties’ responses is October 3, 2022, and comments on the adequacy of responses should be filed with the USITC by November 10, 2022.
