US to announce new sanctions against Russia

According to the report, the United States (US) President Biden has announced new sanctions on Russia. The latest sanction against Russian banks, including Russian state-owned bank Sberbank and VTB bank, as well as wealthy individuals and families, freezing their assets in the US.
The United States Department of Commerce (USDOC) imposed export measures on sensitive items that Moscow relies on for its defense, aerospace, and maritime industries. Before that, these items were previously unregulated when shipped to Russia, including semiconductors, computers, telecommunications, information security equipment, lasers, and sensors.
