USDOC rescinds AD review on standard pipes from India

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced that it has rescinded the administrative review of anti-dumping (AD) duties on welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes from India, covering the period of review from May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020.

The administrative review was launched in July 2020, and the local manufacturer Nucor Tubular Products Inc. (Nucor) timely withdrew its request for the administrative review on October 8, 2020, which involved 30 Indian steel pipe companies.
