Vale, a Brazilian multinational corporation engaged in metals and mining, received two 100% electric 72-ton trucks and will test them in the mines of Agua Limpa in Brazil and Sorowako in Indonesia. Vale became the first mining company to use electric trucks, aiming to reach net-zero carbon emission by 2050.

These two battery-powered trucks use renewable resources instead of diesel, and they also can reduce noise, minimizing the impact on the neighboring communities.
