Vietnam makes final ruling of second AD review on China’s aluminum profiles

On January 16, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) of Vietnam announced its final determination of the second review of the anti-dumping (AD) measure on aluminum profiles originating in China, adjusting the AD duty rate ranging from 2.85% to 35.58%.

The products involved are certain alloy or non-alloy aluminum products, in the form of bars, rods, extruded, and other profiles, classified under HS codes 7604.10.10, 7604.10.90, 7604.21.90, 7604.29.10, and 7604.29.90.

The second AD review of this case was launched on June 10, 2022.
