Vietnam's steel exports up, imports down in Apr

According to statistics, Vietnam’s steel exports amounted to 870,000 tons in April this year, hiking by 9% compared to the preceding month. Meanwhile, the imposts dropped by 13% month on month to 960,000 tons.

In the first four months of this year, Vietnam’s steel exports totaled around 2.9 million tons, down by 18% year on year; steel imports slid by 21% year on year to 3.96 million tons.
