In the first seven months of this year, Yusco’s cumulative revenue amounted to around NT$31.53 billion, a year-on-year increase of 50.29%.

Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco), a leading stainless steel mill in Taiwan, reported that its revenue reached around NT$6.33 billion in July, hiking by 38.7% compared to the previous month and surging by 148.48% from the same period a year ago, hitting a seven-year high.

Yusco’s net profit after tax was roughly NT$1.7 billion in the first half of this year. The earnings per share (EPS) was NT$0.65, compared to a loss of NT$0.67 per share in 2020, showing that the performance had significantly improved.

Benefited from the rising international nickel prices, Yusco has raised its stainless steel prices for four consecutive months. Driven by higher steel prices, Yusco’s profit in the second half of this year was expected to be optimistic.
