According to Alcha Aluminum, in order to accelerate its industrial transformation and upgrading, enhance the company's competitiveness in the new energy industry, and improve the company's market competitive advantage, the company is planning to invest about RMB 350 million to the project of 30,000 tons of power battery aluminum foil.

This project was expected to be executed by Alcha Aluminum's wholly-owned subsidiary and would be finished within 24 months.

At present, Alcha Aluminum's annual production capacity of battery aluminum foil is about 6000 tons. By the year 2025, the market demand for battery aluminum foil was expected to reach 508,000 tons.
