India’s Anrak Aluminium planned to put its first line into operation in the first quarter of 2022, involving an annual production capacity of alumina of 750,000 tons. The remaining 750,000 tons were expected to be put into operation in the fourth quarter of the same year. The project’s all products will be exported overseas.

It was understood that this alumina project hadn’t been put into production due to ore supply problems. Due to the complicated bauxite supply in Andhra Pradesh, Anrak Aluminium decided to purchase ore from other countries or Odisha.
