ArcelorMittal Poland to modernize its coke plant

ArcelorMittal Poland (AMP), a subsidiary of ArcelorMittal, has announced that it will invest 165 million zlotys in the modernization of its coke plant in Zdzeszowice.

AMP stated that the renovation project also included the addition of three flue gas denitrification installations for its cogeneration plant (CHP), and new equipment significantly reduced nitrogen oxide emissions. The modernization project was planned to be completed within three years.
