Asian Steel Corp. (ASG) adjusts stainless steel prices for Dec

Asian Steel Corp. (ASG), a leading stainless steel mill in Taiwan, announced its new prices for December today (November 27).

According to the price adjustment, the price of 300 series was kept unchanged, that of 430 was hiked by NT$500/ton, and the surcharge of 316 was remained flat.

As for the export price, it was raised in a range from US$30-150/ton, depending on regions and freight.

ASG said it made this adjustment with consideration of downstream competitiveness, stock pressures, as well as surging international shipping fees.
