Australia extends time to issue statement of essential facts & final report of AD & CVD measures on China’s aluminum extrusions

On February 28, 2023, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission announced an extension of the deadline to publish the statement of essential facts, the final report, and recommendations of the anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) measures on aluminum extrusions from China.

The statement of essential facts will be issued no later than April 14, 2023, and the final recommendation will be made in a report to the Minister for Industry and Science on or before June 2, 2023.

The products involved are under tariff codes 7604.10.00.06, 7604.21.00.07, 7604.21.00.08, 7604.29.00.09, 7604.29.00.10, 7608.10.00.09, 7608.20.00.10, 7610.10.00.12, and 7610.90.13.
