Australia starts AD & CVD reviews on China’s aluminum extrusions

On January 30, 2024, Australia’s Anti-Dumping Review Panel initiated a review of anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) measures on aluminum extrusions from China, based on applications from Criterion Industries, Tai Shan City Kam Kiu Aluminium Extrusion, and Press Metal International which are seeking a review on the decision made by the Minister for Industry and Science.

Interested parties could submit comments to the Review Panel within 30 days of the date of this notice.

The products involved are under HS codes 7604.10.00.06、7604.21.00.07, 7604.21.00.08, 7604.29.00.09, 7604.29.00.10, 7608.10.00.09, 7608.20.00.10, 7610.10.00.12, and 7610.90.00.13.
