The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) preliminarily found that Surya Roshni Limited, a producer/exporter of welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes in India, didn’t make shipments of subject goods during the period of review from May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023.

Besides, the USDOC will also rescind this administrative review concerning the other 29 companies as it received a request for timely withdrawal from Nucor Tubular Products, a domestic interested party.

The products involved are certain welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes with an outside diameter of 0.375 inches or more but not over 16 inches.
