On November 12, 2021, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission announced its final ruling of anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) measures on copper tubes from China, as well as the AD ruling on the same products from South Korea.

According to the determination, the subject products from China were confirmed without dumping, and a countervailable subsidy was received but not exceeding the negligible level.

As for South Korea, the products from the country were dumped, but the dumping margin was small and the injury to Australian industries was negligible.

Therefore, the investigations of AD and CVD on China were terminated, and the AD investigation on South Korea was ended as well.

The products involved are under HS code 7411.10.00.11.

The above investigations were launched on July 13, 2020 at a request from Metal Manufactures Pty Ltd. (MM Kembla).
