Australia terminates AD & CVD accelerated review on China’s aluminum extrusions

On July 21, 2022, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued an announcement that it terminated the accelerated review investigation of anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) on aluminum extrusions exported from China as Dashiqiao Hengyuan Aluminum Products Co., Ltd., the applicant, withdrew a request in writing on July 11, 2022.

This accelerated AD and CVD review was started on June 22 this year based on an application submitted by Dashiqiao Hengyuan Aluminum Products on June 1.

The products involved are classified under Australian customs codes 7604.10.00.06, 7604.21.00.07, 7604.21.00.08, 7604.29.00.09, 7604.29.00.10, 7608.10.00.09, 7608.20.00.10, 7610.10.00.12, and 7610.90.00.13.
