Baosteel Desheng expands stainless steel capacity by 3.22 million tons, successfully finishes trial production

Baosteel Desheng's green industry base in Jingang Industrial Park, Luoyuan Bay Development Zone, Fuzhou expanded 3.22 million tons of steelmaking capacity and 2.13 million tons of ironmaking capacity.

Baosteel’s expansion includes 2,500 m3 of blast furnace, 150-ton converter, steelmaking and continuous casting, 1,780mm hot rolling, 1,600mm pickling, and one production line for 300 and 400 series stainless steel each. All production lines just successfully finished trial production.
