Thailand not to impose AD duties on China's aluminum extruded products

According to the announcement from Thailand's Committee on Dumping and Subsidy, it reached the final determination of the investigation on imported aluminum extruded products originating in China, ruling that subject products were dumped but did not cause major damage to the domestic industry. Therefore, it will not impose any anti-dumping measures.

The HS codes for the products involved are 7604.10.10.000, 7604.10.90.000, 7604.21.90.000, 7604.29.10.000, 7604.29.90.001, 7604.29.90.090, 7610.10.10.000, and 7610.10.90.000. The AD measure was effective after the announcement date on June 9, 2023

Thailand’s Department of Foreign Trade announced to initialize the anti-dumping investigation into China's aluminum extruded products based on the request from domestic industry.
