Brazilian Vice President Geraldo José Rodrigues Alckmin Filho shared on social media that Brazil lifted import duties on six goods last February (March 10).

The six items were two types of steel sheets, two types of aluminum sheets, a portable digital wrist device used to measure blood pressure and pulse rate, and radar antennas.

Alckmin explained that the previous import duties on the above goods ranged from 12% to 16%, and the zero-tariffs policy will be valid until March 9, 2024.
