Brazil launches AD investigation on aluminum sheet products from China

It was reported that Brazil's Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX) issued an announcement to decide to launch an anti-dumping (AD) investigation on aluminum sheet products originating in China.

The investigation was started based on a petition filed by the Brazilian Aluminum Association (ABAL).

The period of dumping investigation is from January 2019 to December 2019, and that of damage investigation is from January 2015 to December 2019.

The products involved in this case are under Mercosur tax numbers 76061190, 76061290, 76069100, 76069200, 76071190, and 76071990.
