Brazil launches second AD sunset review on stainless steel welded pipes from China

According to the announcement from the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC), on July 24, 2024, Brazil launched a second anti-dumping duty (AD) sunset review on austenitic stainless steel welded pipes of grades 304 and 316 originating in China.

The products under investigation include the pipes with a circular cross-section, with an outside diameter equal to or greater than 6 mm (1/4 inch) and not exceeding 2,032 mm (80 inches), with a thickness equal to or greater than 0.40 mm and equal to or less than 12.70 mm, commonly classified HS Codes 7306.40.00 and 7306.90.20.
