West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude for September delivery decreased by US$1.35 (1.8%), reaching US$75.81/barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for September delivery fell by US$1.35 (1.7%), settling at US$79.78/barrel.
