Brazilian iron ore exports slightly decrease in Jul

According to statistics from Brazil Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC), Brazil exported around 34.1 million tons of iron ore this July, decreasing by 0.3% compared to the same month a year earlier. The export value amounted to nearly US$2.4 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 6.6%.

As for steel plate products, the exports totaled around 100,700 tons in July, up by 8.9% year on year. The export value was around US$59.4 million, a year-on-year drop of 12%.
