Brazil’s crude steel output increases in Nov 2020

According to the data from Brazil Steel Institute (IABr), Brazil produced approximately 3 million tons of crude steel in November 2020, increasing by 11.2% year on year.

In the first eleven months of 2020, Brazil produced roughly 28.1 million tons of crude steel, decreasing by 6.7% from the same period a year ago.

Besides, Brazil exported around 514,000 tons of steel in November, which decreased by 45% year on year.

Moreover, the total exports of steel from Brazil in the first 11 months of 2020 were around 10 million tons, which decreased by nearly 28% year on year.
