CAAM: China’s car sales expected to hike in Mar

According to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), the sales volume of China’s car industry was expected to reach 2.38 million units in March this year, up by 64% compared to the previous month and 66.8% from the same month a year ago.

Among them, the sales volume of passenger cars had a year-on-year increase of 73.4%, and that of commercial vehicles had a year-on-year hike of 55.5%.

In the first three months this year, China’s automobile industry was expected to reach a sales volume of roughly 6.34 million units, growing by 72.8% year on year.
