In 2021, many of the market participants were optimistic about the future output and demand for aluminum in China.

However, there's still a risk about the aluminum price, over-supply concern.

In 2020, many of the Chinese alumina refining enterprises were shut-down because of the Covid-19 epidemic, but those mills were started to resume production since this year gradually, which might pressure the aluminum future price’s increase.
