China’s aluminum scrap imports drop in Apr

According to statistics released by the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, China imported around 70,000 tons of aluminum scrap in April, dropping by 6.7% compared to the previous month and also down by 53.3% from the same month a year ago.

In the first four months of this year, China’s aluminum scrap imports amounted to approximately 270,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 64.7%.
