China's coke mills optimistic about raising prices after holiday

Last year after the Labor Day holiday, steel raw material prices rose mainly by iron ore, and it is mainly the coke prices this year.

Although the plant price of coke rose after six price hikes in the previous quarter, coke plants are still preparing for a seventh price hike in the face of market austerity.

As the price of raw steel materials continues to rise, steel mills have a strong will to raise the price. According to statistics, nearly 30 steel mills in China announced an increase in factory prices on May 5.
