China's color-coated sheet & strip exports grow in Apr

China's steel exports totaled around 7.93 million tons in April, increasing by 0.5% compared with last month. The accumulated steel exports from January to April rose by 55% year on year to 28.01 million tons. Among them, exports of color-coated steel sheets and strips surged by 49% year on year, a consecutive growth for three months.

The Philippines still maintained its advantage during the January-April period, the total exports to the Philippines increased by 12.4% year on year to 165,200 tons. Meanwhile, Thailand also performed outstandingly, with exports of 165,500 tons.

On the contrary, the exports to South Korea, Myanmar, and the UAE experienced declines, showing that the exporting countries had a gradual shifting trend.
