The incremental space of hot-rolled coil production in China in February is limited. Considering the rising power of raw material prices after the spring festival and the squeezed profits of finished products, it is expected that the production of hot-rolled coils will hardly rise significantly.

In terms of the level of social inventory, it is basically the same as that of the same period last year, but the regional differentiation is obvious. The logistics and transportation are blocked, resulting in a low inventory in East China. The demand for hot-rolled coils still has great potential for improvement.
