China’s iron ore price index decreases on Aug 15

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 385.98 points on August 15, which was down by 2.86% or 11.37 points compared with the previous CIOPI on August 12.

The domestic iron ore price index was 373.52 points, falling by 0.56% or 2.10 points compared to the previous day; the import iron ore price index was 388.33 points, decreasing by 3.27% or 13.12 points from the preceding one.
