China’s iron ore price index falls on Jan 4

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 573.33 points on January 4, which was up by 1.17% or 6.62 points compared with the previous CIOPI on December 31.

The domestic iron ore price index was 441.84 points, rising by 0.42% or 1.86 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 598.19 points, increasing by 1.27% or 7.52 points from the previous one.
