China’s iron ore price index falls on Sep 1

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 356.40 points on September 1, which was down by 3.36% or 12.40 points compared with the previous CIOPI on August 31.

The domestic iron ore price index was 362.13 points, decreasing by 0.01% or 0.03 points compared to the previous day; the import iron ore price index was 355.32 points, falling by 3.98% or 14.74 points from the preceding one.
