China’s iron ore price index hikes on Jan 6

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 456.25 points on January 6, which was up 2.46% or 10.97 points compared with the previous CIOPI on January 5.

The domestic iron ore price index was 400.19 points, falling by 0.02% or 0.08 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 466.85 points, increasing by 2.88% or 13.06 points from the previous one.
