China’s iron ore price index rises on Aug 1

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 415.63 points on August 1, which was up by 0.85% or 3.50 points compared with the previous CIOPI on July 29.

The domestic iron ore price index was 363.80 points, rising by 0.43% or 1.57 points compared to the previous day; the import iron ore price index was 425.43 points, increasing by 0.92% or 3.87 points from the preceding one.
