China’s iron ore price index rises on Jan 7

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 457.98 points on January 7, which was up 0.38% or 1.73 points compared with the previous CIOPI on January 6.

The domestic iron ore price index was 400.50 points, rising by 0.08% or 0.31 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 468.85 points, increasing by 0.43% or 2.00 points from the previous one.
