China’s iron ore price index rises on May 16

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 472.20 points on May 16, which was up by 1.02% or 4.75 points compared with the previous CIOPI on May 13.

The domestic iron ore price index was 446.89 points, falling by 0.07% or 0.30 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 476.99 points, increasing by 1.21% or 5.70 points from the previous one.
