China’s iron price index rises on Aug 3

The domestic iron ore price index was 593.04 points, falling by 1.42% or 8.52 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 676.63 points, increasing by 1.61% or 10.71 points from the previous one.
According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 663.34 points on August 3, which was up by 1.17% or 7.65 points compared with the previous CIOPI on August 2.
